1. Agreement to Terms

  • "Purchase" refers to the act of completing a payment transaction for one or more Digital Products through the Website.
  • "Download Link" refers to the unique URL provided to the Customer after a successful Purchase, enabling access to the purchased Digital Products.
  • "Account" refers to the user account created on the Website to facilitate purchases, order history, and product access.
  • "Payment Instrument" refers to any valid payment method accepted by our payment processor, including credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Razorpay.

3. Digital Products

AI Bundle Store is an online platform that sells digital products, specifically AI-generated video reels and content bundles. All products available on this Website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped or delivered.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link to access your purchased products. Download links are permanent and you can re-access your downloads anytime from your account page on our Website.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Digital Product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, previews, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability, but minor variations may occur.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. AI Bundle Store does not store, collect, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking information.

Prices for Digital Products are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the product page. You agree to pay the full price for any Digital Product you purchase, including any applicable taxes.

A transaction is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed by Razorpay. Upon completion, a confirmation email with your download link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If a payment fails or is declined, the transaction will not be completed and no Digital Products will be delivered. You may retry the payment or use an alternative payment method.

5. Usage Rights & License

Upon purchasing a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Permitted Use: You may use the purchased Digital Products for your own personal projects, social media content, marketing materials, and business presentations.
  • Prohibited Use: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the Digital Products available for download by any third party. You may NOT claim ownership of the original content or use it to create a competing product or service.
  • No Redistribution: You may NOT upload the purchased Digital Products to any file-sharing platform, torrent site, or any other medium where others can access or download the content.
  • No Derivative Resale: You may NOT create derivative products based on the purchased content for the purpose of resale or redistribution.

Violation of these usage terms may result in immediate termination of your license, account suspension, and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and Digital Products, is the property of AI Bundle Store or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use the content as outlined in Section 5 above.

The AI Bundle Store name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AI Bundle Store. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

7. Account Terms

To make purchases on the Website, you may be required to create an account or sign in using a supported authentication provider (such as Google OAuth). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Refund & Cancellation

9. Prohibited Actions

When using the Website, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be in India.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
