AI Bundle Store (aibundle.store) sells digital products exclusively. No physical items are shipped. All products are delivered digitally via instant download links sent to your email address after successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and the download link has been accessed.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a unique download link to access your purchased digital products. This delivery is typically instant and occurs within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Download links are permanent and can be accessed anytime from your account page. Once a download link has been accessed, the product is considered delivered and the sale is final.
2. No Refund Policy
Because digital products can be instantly copied and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase on AI Bundle Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales of digital products are final.
- No refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed or the product has been downloaded.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product after download.
- No physical item will be shipped. All products are digital downloads.
3. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or resolution in the following limited circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link or confirmation email within 24 hours of a successful payment, and the issue is confirmed on our end, we will either re-send the download link or issue a full refund.
- Significantly Different Product: If the delivered product is significantly and materially different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase, you may request a review. We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide a refund or replacement.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
- Corrupted Files: If the downloaded files are corrupted and unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, a refund may be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must submit your request within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing:

5. Review Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 48 hours. We may contact you for additional information or documentation during the review process.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We reserve the sole right to determine refund eligibility and to approve or deny any refund request at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed. There is no pre-delivery window during which cancellation is possible.
If you wish to cancel a purchase before completing payment, simply close the checkout page. No charges will be applied until payment is fully processed through Razorpay.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at support@aibundle.store is a violation of these terms. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
